The terms and Conditions of Group Newsletter are as follows:
*NO ADULT SITES WILL BE ADVERTISED, TRADED, OR PROMOTED ON THIS SITE.
*WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY SITE OR GROUP THAT HAS INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT ON IT.
*THE GROUP FOUNDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING MEMBERS TELLING THEM THAT THE NEWSLETTER IS AVAILABLE, AT THIS SITE. GROUP NEWSLETTERS WILL CONTACT THEM AND TELL THEM THE WEBSITE ADDRESS IT IS AVAILABLE AT, AND THEN THE GROUP FOUNDER MUST E-MAIL THEM, or it is an option to give group newsletters co-founder in the club, so that they have the opportunity to e-mail all members of that group or club. *Free newsletters must receive at least 150 page views per issue, which is 50% of a 300 member group, otherwise the Newsletter will be discontinued, with one warning before that happens. This doesn't take into account paying newsletters. They don't have any page views minimum.
*Group Newsletters doesn't take any responsibility for lost checks sent by you, or sent by us.
*If your group doesn't have 300 members, but in the course of your membership your group receives 300 members, and you are a paying customer, then you must change your groups status by filling out the free join form.
*All newsletters that are produced by us, will have advertising put on by us. That advertising will not be accredited to the Newsletter Manager (Group Founder's) money, but all of the advertising put on that page by his members will be accredited 10% of the total amount of money from his members is put towards him.
*Affiliates who break the rules by putting on their own banner, by making up groups, or fake information, will be notified immediately, and perhaps if we see fit will be removed. This however, doesn't mean that affiliates can refer their own group, or legitamate.
*Advertising at this site is done by pay per click advertising from other companies, or individuals who have filled out our advertising information. If you have a pay-per-click advertising agency then please e-mail ted_15_2000@yahoo.com about it.
*All sites must be cleared through examination before being added to the network.
*Members of a newsletter can put their own information on the newsletter. Group Newsletters reserves the right to accept it, or decline it, and edit, or use it for future times newsletters on our website. The writer of the article will lose all rights to it, unless if the writer of the article uses the © copyright identification. The article even if the author of the article hasn't copyrighted it they will still get their name on their article. If it is copyrighted the article will be used just for that particular newsletter issue, and then sent to the directory of all articles.
*The group founder's will be advertised for free at the newsletter, if the group founder wants it to be like that, or if the site is appropriate.
*There will be NO ADULT NEWSLETTERS.
